If you make a huge, positive global impact every year, does it really matter if very few people understand what you do? Levi Strauss Foundation knew if funders with large endowments had a better sense of the impact their grants had, they would be more likely to replicate and take the Foundation’s ideas to scale. Levi Strauss company leadership also wanted their employees to understand, take pride in, and champion their work. Mission Minded helped re-work their brand to leverage its strengths; wrote new talking points for Foundation leaders; and designed a logo honoring the shared values of the company and the foundation: Empathy, Originality, Integrity, and Courage.
