Rona is a seasoned strategist who joins forces with nonprofits and their boards to develop strategic roadmaps that bring their mission to life. She guides leaders through the path of strategic planning, brand strategy, and guidance related to governance, helping them lock in their organization’s vision. Partnering with dozens of nonprofits across sectors, including Foothills Art Center and the Canal Alliance, Rona loves to find solutions that are strategic, actionable, and that can be sustained.
Rona’s previous experience includes brand and consumer marketing for HBO. Her board experience enables her to understand first-hand, the challenges boards face in supporting an organization’s direction. She currently serves on the boards of Brown University Women’s Leadership Council, Harvard Business School Community Partners that delivers pro-bono consulting to local nonprofits, Woodruff Arts Center in Atlanta, and Alliance to Cure Cavernous Malformation.
