Before joining Mission Minded, Julia spent 25 years leading strategy, innovation, and engagement initiatives—from community-driven efforts throughout the U.S. to U.S. Embassy-sponsored programs in Namibia, the Dominican Republic, Italy, Thailand, and beyond. As a former partner at an innovation firm, she guided global teams in using design thinking, behavior change, and experience design to accelerate impact.

At Mission Minded, she brings this global lens and strategic creativity to work with clients like United World College, Cathedral School for Boys, Future Leaders of America, and Denver Urban Gardens. Julia is most energized when helping social impact organizations connect more deeply with the people they serve—and the future they’re building.
