Website Maintenance Options

Option 1: Retainer package

For $750/month (annual contracts), Mission Minded will offer:

• Diagnostics on your site: We’ll proactively identify WordPress and Plugin updates, formatting and performance issues and share a recommended maintenance plan with you monthly. Should the recommendations fall within the (3) retainer hours, Mission Minded will proceed with fixes without your approval. If the recommendations exceed (5) hours, we’ll seek your approval before proceeding.
• Ad-hoc maintenance requests: As part of the coverage we provide under our retainer plan, your maintenance requests will take priority throughout the month. Please note that retainer hours not used for diagnostic fixes can and will be applied to maintenance requests. (Requests should be made via the form on our website). All additional hours will be billed in addition to the monthly retainer amount.
• Special or urgent requests: Planning a big campaign, new event, or something that may require web support or technical assistance? No problem! Simply provide us with at least five working days’ notice, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests.

The agreement can be canceled at any time by either party with 30 days notice. Without a retainer agreement, our pricing for hourly website maintenance support for 2023 will be $300/hour.

Option 2: Ad-hoc only

As needed:

• You can make maintenance requests as needed (by submitting a form via our website). All time will be billed at the rate of $300/hour (billed in 15-minute increments). Ad-hoc maintenance requests for clients who do not have a maintenance retainer package with Mission Minded are addressed during working hours only. Priority will be given to clients with retainer packages first.
