Inclusive School Leader Group Coaching Agreement

Membership Considerations

• All group sessions will be facilitated by Jennie Winton, Mission Minded co-founder and certified leadership coach, “Coach” or a qualified substitute of her choosing.
• Being a Member of the group is not confidential, but all Members agree to keep all conversation strictly confidential, to the extent permitted by law.
• The Coach and Members will work together to establish mutually agreed upon group norms and agreements.
• The Coach’s goal is to be available to Members as needs arise. Membership in this group includes up to one hour per year of private on-on-one coaching by the Coach and will be offered upon request by the Member.
• Coach encourages active participation from every Member to make the most of the group coaching atmosphere. Member agrees to prioritize attending all meetings when possible and understands that missed sessions cannot be rescheduled and or refunded.
• Members will aim to foster a supportive environment to facilitate professional growth.
• Members will have access to professional coaching from Coach during the session, and for additional support as needed as specified in this Agreement.
• Members will aim to share knowledge, experiences, and resources to learn from one another.
• Members will aim to bring to light and examine the toughest issues facing the strengths- based independent school education landscape, and work together to advance solutions.
• Members will have the opportunity to provide and gain moral support from one another.
• Members will work together to identify strategies and opportunities to shift the narrative of strengths-based independent-school education serving neurodiverse learners.
• Members will have the opportunity to advance their schools and leadership abilities.
• Members are a part of a coaching environment/group that has a warm spirit of collegiality intended to uplift each member during and between sessions. It is expected to be a fun and inspiring break focused cultivating creativity and opportunities to amplify the good for their respective institutions.

A Note About Coaching:

As we embark on this coaching journey together, it’s important to clarify that group coaching is not therapy. The Coach will not be able to offer advice in any area in which she is not qualified and will, upon request, assist Members in finding a trained or licensed professional for any matter that is outside her scope of expertise. As an experienced school strategist, Coach may offer suggestions and ideas, which may be considered consultative, and this will be considered added-value. Customized consultation to Members beyond what is specified here is not a Membership benefit of this group.

Logistics

• Sessions will take place monthly beginning in February 2024 and ending in December 2024.
• Each session will be 90-minutes held on the first Wednesday of each month at 9:00 a.m. Pacific/ 10:00 a.m. Mountain/11:00 a.m. Central/12:00 pm Eastern beginning on February 7, 2024 and ending on December 4, 2024.

Coaching Investment and Payment details:

• The investment to join this group for 2024 is $2,500, payable in full prior to the first group coaching session that will take place on February 7, 2024. Cancellations and refunds will not be provided. Additional one-on-one leadership coaching, beyond the scheduled group meetings and included private sessions of up to one hour, may be requested for an additional fee.
• Once the agreement has been completed, you will receive an invoice from Mission Minded. Please facilitate payment using the Automated Clearing House (ACH) links provided in your invoice. Your invoice is expected to be paid upon receipt.
