ONE-DAY RETREAT:
We are offering you a one-day retreat designed to align and unify your school’s leadership team, fostering a collaborative, forward-thinking, and adaptable approach to the upcoming academic year. Whether your team has been together for years or has recently welcomed new members, this session is a valuable opportunity to strengthen relationships, establish shared goals, and build a cohesive leadership strategy that will guide your work, and support greater impact and resilience.

By working together through team-focused exercises, personal reflection, role-playing, and collaborative problem-solving, this retreat fosters a unified leadership culture built on trust and shared purpose.

  • Dates Offered: June, July, or August 2025 (Only a limited number of dates available; reach out now to secure your preferred date.)
  • Facilitation: A Partner from Mission Minded will facilitate the retreat on your campus, ensuring the session is tailored to the unique dynamics and needs of your leadership team.
  • Pre-Work: Each team member will complete pre-work that includes a video and a survey to complete.
  • Retreat Format:
    • Morning Session: Team-building exercises and role-playing to address hypothetical challenges.
    • Lunch: Informal conversation and relationship-building.
    • Afternoon Session: Forward planning, prioritizing leadership agreements for the upcoming year.
  • Follow-up: A debrief session with the Head of School, no later than two weeks after the retreat, to ensure alignment and address questions.
