Tia Robinson

As Mission Minded’s project operations manager, Tia sets up strong foundations to ensure smooth transitions throughout the life of a project. Her work empowers our clients and strategists to maximize the benefits of our systems. As a strategist, she supports fellow team members to help clients bring their brand and digital initiatives to life. With a strong background in data and storytelling, Tia understands the importance of brand is for creating meaningful impact.

Outside of work, Tia is a member and alumni of Prep for Prep, a leadership development program that offers promising students of color access to an independent school education in New York City.

Tia started her career at DonorsChoose on the business development team, where she helped partners meet their philanthropic and business goals through research and data analysis. You can read more about Tia here.
