LD School Heads Group Coaching Agreement

We’re thrilled that you’re part of our LD Heads Coaching Group! Together we’ll explore the unique challenges and new solutions for leading a school inclusive of a variety of learners in today’s world, along with the everyday challenges of being a Head of School.

This online agreement allows you to quickly and efficiently sign up for the group and access all the necessary details. Please note that membership is by invitation only to heads of schools serving neurodiverse learners with strengths-based independent-school education.

This group coaching membership agreement (“Agreement”) is between Mission Minded/Jennie Winton (“Coach”) and (“Member”) (identified below) on this effective date.


  • Group Coaching Agreement

    This Group Coaching Agreement (“Agreement”) is made between the Member, as defined above (“Member”) and Jennie Winton, Mission Minded Founding Partner and certified leadership coach (“Coach”), for the purpose of providing group coaching services as described below.


    Membership Considerations
    1. Facilitation
      All group coaching sessions will be facilitated by Jennie Winton, or a qualified substitute coach of her choosing. The Coach and Members will work collaboratively to establish group norms and agreements for a positive and productive coaching environment.
    2. Confidentiality
      While being a part of the coaching group is not confidential, Members agree to keep all group discussions strictly confidential, to the extent permitted by law. AI notetakers are not permitted.
    3. Private Coaching Access
      Membership includes up to one hour of private one-on-one coaching with the Coach per year, available upon request. This time is non-transferable and cannot be carried over into subsequent years.
    4. Participation and Attendance
      Members are encouraged to actively participate in each session. Attendance is highly recommended to maximize the benefits of group coaching. Sessions will not be recorded, rescheduled or refunded if missed.
    5. Supportive and Collegial Environment
      Members agree to foster a supportive, collaborative atmosphere aimed at personal and professional growth. This includes sharing knowledge, experiences, and resources, while uplifting one another during and between sessions. The group environment is designed to be fun, inspiring, and energizing, providing a break from daily responsibilities.
    6. Moral and Professional Support
      Members will provide and receive moral support while working together to identify strategies for improving leadership, and setting and reaching goals.

    A Note About Coaching:

    Group coaching is not therapy. In addition, while the Coach may offer consultative suggestions based on her expertise as an entrepreneur and strategist, Members understand that these are not guaranteed professional or psychological advice. For matters outside the Coach’s expertise, Coach will assist Members in finding a qualified professional, if needed.


    Logistics
    1. Session Schedule
      Group coaching sessions will take place monthly, starting in February 2025 and ending in January 2026. Each session will last 90 minutes and will be held on the first Wednesday of each month at the following times:
      • 9:00 a.m. Pacific Time
      • 10:00 a.m. Mountain Time
      • 11:00 a.m. Central Time
      • 12:00 p.m. Eastern Time
    2. The first session of this cohort will be on Wednesday, February 5, 2025 and the final session will be on January 7, 2026.

    Coaching Investment and Payment details:
    1. Membership Fee
      The cost of membership for the 2025 group coaching program is $2,500, payable in full no later than 15 days after receipt of invoice.This fee is non-refundable and non-cancellable.
    2. Additional Coaching
      Any additional one-on-one leadership coaching, beyond the one hour included with membership, will be available for an extra fee.
    3. Payment Terms
      After completing this Agreement, Members will receive an invoice from Mission Minded. Payment is due upon receipt, and payment must be made using the Automated Clearing House (ACH) links provided in the invoice.
