Jennie Winton is a 30-year brand strategy veteran who partners with nonprofits, foundations, and schools to help them articulate a bold vision that fires up their supporters. Since co-founding Mission Minded in 2002, Jennie has served as a strategic advisor to hundreds of nonprofits and their leaders, and has inspired thousands more as a nationally sought lecturer and thought leader. Today she inspires the Mission Minded team, and our clients, to break the mold on the expected and create magnetic ideas that attract more mission-driven support than ever.
In her work as a one-on-one, leadership coach she helps optimistic people achieve greater impact, balance, and happiness at work. As a result, Mission Minded clients see greater impact, stability, revenues, and the internal alignment that leads to extraordinary leadership, teams and results.
Prior to founding Mission Minded, she was Chief Marketing Officer for the American Red Cross Bay Area chapter, where she led the brand activation and corporate marketing efforts that resulted in millions of dollars in donations for communities when help couldn’t wait.
