Option 1: Retainer Package
The monthly retainer is set at 3 hours per month at a rate of $750/month, which includes the following allocation:
- Site Diagnostics: Regular updates, bug fixes, performance checks, and maintenance.
- Ad Hoc Maintenance Requests: Any remaining time will be allocated toward Client-submitted maintenance requests.
- Special or Urgent Requests: Requests that fall beyond the monthly time allocation will be billed separately.
The agreement can be canceled at any time by either party with 30 days notice. Without a retainer agreement, our pricing for hourly website maintenance support for 2024 will be $300/hour.

Option 2: Ad-hoc Only
As needed:
- You can make maintenance requests as needed (by submitting a form via our website). All time will be billed at the rate of $300/hour (billed in 15-minute increments). Ad-hoc maintenance requests for clients who do not have a maintenance retainer package with Mission Minded are addressed during working hours only. Priority will be given to clients with retainer packages first.
