Julia Jackson

Julia thrives at synthesizing the complex and challenging into actionable and relevant outcomes. She brings over twenty years of experience collaborating with nonprofit, government, and educational organizations to bring their shared vision to life. Julia fosters a connection to her local community of Charlotte, NC by serving on the Boards of Do Greater Foundation and Open Door Dance Foundations, as well as participating in the Charlotte Executive Leadership Council’s efforts to develop equitable opportunity and quality of life for all.

Prior to joining Mission Minded in 2024, Julia was a partner for an innovation firm with a global reach where she designed and facilitated processes to help teams tackle pressing challenges and develop actionable strategies. You can read more about Julia here.
