In recognition of deep contributions to the success of Mission Minded, our team, and our clients we are pleased to announce that Sarah Moore has been named Mission Minded Partner & Director of Brand Strategy, and Romayne Levee is now Mission Minded Partner & Director of Education Strategy. Rod Lemaire continues in his role as Mission Minded Partner & Creative Director.
In Sarah’s time at Mission Minded, she has continued to enhance our brand strategy, messaging, and naming practices. Her commitment to helping our nonprofit, foundation, independent school and university clients leverage the unique, compelling merits of their organization has galvanized their efforts. She is also the champion of our teams and our culture, ensuring this is a great place to work. Her Board service outside of Mission Minded greatly informs her work for our clients as well.
Romayne leads our education practice at Mission Minded and brings dogged determination to help each college, independent school, and education-focused client carve out unique strategies. As an independent school founder and Trustee at Lewis & Clark College herself, she’s passionate about the power of education to inspire students to change the world, and is the kind of consultative leader that clients and colleagues lean on for wise counsel. Romayne served as a partner at several blue-chip advertising agencies before dedicating her career to education strategy.
Both leaders actively live our values at Mission Minded to foster optimism, champion each other, live fully, always improve, stay curious, and invite perspectives. Their leadership means that our Mission Minded clients achieve breakthrough brand and organizational strategies that lead to impact and mission fulfillment.
