Over the past 25+ years, Zach has worked with hundreds of nonprofit leaders to craft unique and inspired brands. He has deep experience partnering with foundations, arts organizations, academic institutions, environmental organizations, social justice causes, and Jewish communal organizations.

Zach also has deep fundraising expertise, having developed capital, endowment, and anniversary campaigns for clients. In the past 5 years, Mission Minded’s clients have collectively raised well over a billion dollars.

Prior to co-founding Mission Minded, Zach worked for the American Red Cross, as well as agency creative roles where he served clients like the Kaiser Family Foundation and Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.

Zach serves on the board of directors for the Children’s Museum of Denver and Altitude Youth Ultimate and served in executive leadership roles on the boards of Denver Preschool Program and Levitt Pavilion Denver. Zach founded the Bay Area Disc Association and was recently honored for his founding role at Oregon Hillel.
