Everyone keeps telling us to count our blessings. Even at a time when the world has changed forever, and as the daily losses mount, there are hidden gifts and yes, plenty to be grateful for.

Research shows that focusing on what you’re grateful for makes you feel better, like right away. It also makes you happier, healthier and better at dealing with adversity.

Amplify the Good is our tagline here at Mission Minded and Stay Positive is one of our active values. So some of us got together to put into words the things keeping our spirits up these days. We did it for ourselves, and we did it for you.
