Alison Kolwaite

As Senior Strategist, Alison champions the non-profit sector, supporting dynamic organizations to operate successfully, grow strategically, and deliver meaningful impact. With expertise in fundraising, strategy development, governance, and operational scaling, she has worked with local, regional and national organizations across multiple sectors—from healthcare and social services to education and the environment. Alison has developed strategic plans for the Chesapeake Bay Foundation, Denver Public Schools Foundation, and Nurse-Family Partnership.

Alison most recently served as Chief of External Affairs for a national anti-poverty and healthcare organization.
