If you’ve worked with Romayne Levee on a project you know she brings a dogged approach to ensuring Mission Minded  clients get a brand strategy that will truly set them apart.

Her analysis is deep and she brings fresh and sophisticated thinking to every project. And of course she embodies all of our values and embraces our brand promise to amplify the good. She has been a valued member of our freelance family for 6 years.

And now we are pleased to announce that she will be joining Mission Minded full-time as our Director of Education Strategy. We have acquired her consulting company, Doing Good Marketing, and as of April 1 Romayne will officially become a director, leading our education practice.

Romayne will steward a deep bench of school strategists, dedicated to ensuring each school’s success in their brand, strategic planning, and admissions projects, and will join Jennie Winton and Esha Menon and other team members in stewarding new and existing client relationships.

Romayne’s work in the education sector goes beyond her branding and strategic planning work at Mission Minded and Doing Good Marketing. When her children were young she saw the need for a school in her community dedicated to developing independent thinkers with diverse viewpoints and backgrounds. So she created one. From scratch. As founding board chair of Vistamar School, an independent high school in El Segundo, California, Romayne built an institution based on best practices in education—including diversity, equity, and inclusion—from the ground up, convincing donors to support it, and families to enroll.

She’s a member of the board of trustees at Lewis & Clark College and has a personal passion for helping the college—and other liberal arts-focused organizations—rebrand the very concept of the liberal arts so that its values are embraced at a time when society has never needed them more.

She’s interested in politics, with an addiction to cable news, and loves beach volleyball. She embodies Mission Minded’s value of living fully by playing at least three times a week in her home town of Manhattan Beach where she lives with her husband Tom and her two cats. She has two grown daughters, both graduates of Vistamar School and Lewis & Clark College.

If you are already working with Romayne on a project you won’t notice any changes. If you haven’t met or worked closely with Romayne yet you’re in for a treat. Please join us in welcoming her into her new role with Mission Minded.
