At Mission Minded, we try our best to live up to our brand promise and tagline—amplify the good—all year round. And once a year, we like to gather some of these amplifications and share them with you.

Below, take a look at what some Mission Minded team members are grateful for and inspired by as we close out 2015.

Jennie WintonJennie Winton: I’m thankful that I get to work with some of the smartest, nicest people I know, both the Mission Minded team and our roster of inspiring, committed clients.

Sarah MooreSarah Moore: This year I’m inspired by the courage nonprofit leaders displayed. I watched three organizations not just rebrand, but re-name. While each team had trepidations, none wavered from the belief that it was a gift to the organization for both internal and external supporters. It was an inspiration to watch the transformation of not just each organization itself, but of each strong leader. Bravo!

julieJulie Malmberg Grawe: I have been most inspired by the authentic dedication our clients show to all people—those in our communities, those in our schools, and those we’ve never met. We’re all human, yet we tend to lose site of humanity. Our clients’ intentional focus on the humanness that unites us all enlightens perspectives and inspires action, making life better for everyone.

Zach HochstadtZach Hochstadt: I’m constantly amazed by the dedication demonstrated by both my colleagues and clients. From the strategist who underwent military-style exercises in New Orleans’ summer heat in order to better understand a client challenge, to the executive director who personally welded exhibits in order to be ready for his opening day, I’m astounded by the determination and dedication those around me exhibit again and again.

Jason CampJason Camp: This year, I’m thankful for the words and thoughts and ideas that make the world a better place and for the laughter and joy that results from these efforts.

Ann AyersAnn Ayers: I’m grateful for being a part of client teams who challenge themselves to do things better, faster, and smarter every day. The common ingredient for these dynamos? Curiosity. They humbly and incessantly ask relevant, creative questions. One client sent me a quotation which I printed and placed on the bulletin board above my desk: The beginning of awe is wonder, and the beginning of wisdom is awe. I wonder what lies ahead for 2016!

Romayne LeveeRomayne Levee: I have truly come to value and appreciate the authenticity that has surrounded me this year, both professionally and personally. By my clients and colleagues who feed my mind by doing authentic work, and my family who feed my heart by living authentic lives, I am deeply inspired.

karenKaren Buck: This year I was particularly inspired by the trust and faith of Mission Minded’s clients. It takes courage to relaunch a brand with confidence and strategic precision—to own who you are. When we work in positive collaboration, the possibilities become realities!

Carrie TilmannCarrie Tilmann: It was inspiring to see our clients be bold and embrace their new brands this year. I’m thankful to have been a part of the process with many of them. Congratulations!

Rod LemaireRod Lemaire: I am grateful for the inspiration we receive from those we serve and for the privilege to help them inspire others.

deniseDenise Gallagher: With Mission Minded, I am able to do what I love most and to use my talents for meaningful causes—helping to make our world a better place for all. And for that I am humbly grateful.

stephanieStephanie Swain: Working with a new client means diving into a new world—whether it be education attainment, agriculture and land conservation, civil rights, homeless services, or accessible healthcare. I so value learning the ins and outs of these worthy causes and how that learning opens my eyes to the hard work, challenges, and opportunities involved in making the world a little better.

Kirsten MauKirsten Mau: I am inspired by those willing to explore how can we can tackle our work and the needs of those in our community in new, imaginative, and beneficial ways. Thank you for the inspiration that makes this work so satisfying.

We hope it’s been a good year for you and your organization. What in 2015 has inspired you?
