The Urban School is one of the most highly regarded independent college preparatory high schools in the San Francisco Bay Area.

Facing questions about how the school was perceived by potential applicant families in the San Francisco Area, The Urban School retained Mission Minded to better understand how to represent its most compelling qualities to Bay Area families in an effort to attract the students who would be the best fit for the school.

Mission Minded conducted qualitative and quantitative research including interviews and sessions with internal stakeholders to determine how to best differentiate the school from similar high schools.

A positioning statement and key messages were developed for The Urban School that helped the school articulate a clear and distinct brand identity.
  Mission Minded also led message trainings for the school. Trustees, faculty and staff are now able to clearly and succinctly highlight what makes the school unique and effective.
